The Universal Parasol Base Trolley is the safest and easiest way to move your parasol base from area to area. If you find yourself needing to relocate your parasol now and then, this item is a must. Although it was created with the heavier base in mind, it does work with all base sizes. For safety, two lockable casters are included. The base is not included with this item.
