Our Repair Policy

Goods bought from Zimstone will be repaired free of charge for any manufacturing defect or fault provided that:

• The goods must have been purchased from Zimstone and not another supplier.
• The item to be repaired must include all broken or damaged parts.
• The goods for repair must be delivered / couriered to Zimstone in Johannesburg and the repaired item collected from Zimstone

Zimstone also offers a 5 year Repair Guarantee Offering which can be bought at the time of purchase for 15% of the value of the product. This is for breakages caused by user damage and non-manufacturing defects will be repaired. When this is purchased a special identity tag will be affixed to the product, ensuring it can be uniquely identified if ever requiring a repair. Examples may include a bannerwall being forced closed without all connectors being released, gazebos not being secured with guide ropes and being damaged by wind. The item for repair must be delivered / couriered to Zimstone in Johannesburg and the repaired item collected from Zimstone.
