The Zimstone range of products is warranted against any defects that could be attributed to our assembly or manufacturing processes, this applies only to our non-wearable materials for a period of 5 years from the date of initial purchase.

Our warranty excludes faults and failures caused by improper use and abuse, fair wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions regarding care and maintenance & erection.

Below are the requirements to book a service or warranty repair for Display Hardware.

• Proof of purchase will be required.

• The goods must have been purchased directly from Zimstone

• The item to be repaired must include all broken or damaged parts

• The goods for repair must be delivered/couriered to Zimstone in Johannesburg or Printbase Textiles in Cape Town.

Once repaired the items would need to be collected at the same address.

As a member of the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa we reserve the right, according to the CPA to inspect the product to ascertain whether the damage to the product is caused by use or normal wear and tear or if it is a production fault.

Warranties must be activated within 30 days from date of purchase by emailing sales@zimstone.co.za.

Repair Service Available – Parts and Labour will be quoted for on delivery of goods for inspection.
